We helped MarketSphere change their perspective and think differently about their Vision, Mission and Values. We helped them turn the problem on its side, its other side, its top and bottom. Ultimately, we helped them develop 240 ideas and 30 action items.
Corridor Group
The Corridor Group asked us to aid in improving their sales process. The Crink session led to new and different ways to serve the customer. The Corridor Group also benefited with a strong team-building experience.
UMKC Bloch School
An interesting challenge, the UMKC Bloch School of Business approached us on how to innovate their undergraduate curriculum with an ongoing, long-term project.
Kansas City Public Library
The library asked us to help them envision a broader community role. Through visual displays in the Infinium Innovation Lab the Board "met" hundreds of their diverse patrons. Our tools lead them to discover the experiences needed for each.
Kauffman Foundation
The Kauffman Foundation engaged Infinium to weave creative thinking throughout their two-day Fast Trac Partners conference. From the over two hundred ideas generated, evaluated, and improved—twenty were identified as the "best of the best"—actionable ideas for each Partner.
American Century Investments
Kicking off a key initiative American Century Investments asked Infinium to help them think creatively. We not only helped on ideation but followed through with innovation—bringing those ideas to reality. Bottom-line feedback—we delivered on the promise.
Truman Medical Center
Truman Medical Center's commitment to innovation lead them to Infinium. Using our Innovation Map, the senior leaders discovered where opportunities for breakthrough innovation were and how to take action.
Bayer Animal Health
Evolving an organization's culture requires vision, communication and opportunities to "experience" the new culture. With Infinium's guidance, Bayer created a collage of the envisioned culture. Numerous team members have experienced the intended culture of understanding, collaboration and commitment through use of the innovation lab. Not enough though—we are redesigning their offices to continue to support creative thinking and collaboration.
Pioneer Services
Get in your customers shoes! That's what Pioneer Services wanted. Through visualization tools Infinium "brought their customers" to the ideation session. The mock interviews generated hundreds of ideas that were combined, narrowed and improved—resulting in solutions for action!
Bryan Cave
Helping their emerging leaders identify their next steps is why Bryan Cave engaged Infinium. Through two dinner ideation sessions, Associates identified ideas to become a successful partner. Each Associate's personal selections were made into a walled card reminder assuring action.
