Infinium, an innovation in itself, is new only in its fruition. The idea began its amalgamation in the mind of Sue Mosby over 25 years ago. The groundwork laid through years of idea-to-reality thinking in architecture and design, years of creative and operations management as a principal and owner of a leading architectural firm, and years of sharpening organizational dynamics as a consultant with small and large clients.

It was through these years working with and solving issues for scores of clients that a couple of things became clear: not all organizations thought creatively and creativity need not be confined to a sketchpad, canvas or manuscript. “White Collar” shouldn't mean “Left-Brained.” Organizational dynamics, process models and power structures can and should be dismantled, rearranged and flexibly constructed anew.

There was a real need for a resource that could help companies harness creativity to improve operations, sustain growth, and capture innovation in a bottle. It’s only now, as the Innovation Movement becomes the Industrial Revolution of the 21st Century, that old standards are being challenged on a standard basis.

As a “provocateur” on the leading edge of this movement, reality arrived for Mosby in the form of Infinium in 2004, bringing together the best and most current sources of creativity and innovation expertise in a single environment that spurs sustainable change for organizational and individual clients – large and small, private and public, no matter the industry, no matter the issue.
